Our Commitment

Why Responsible Gaming Matters

Online gaming is a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed way to earn money. 789bd always puts the mental and financial well-being of our users first. We want you to enjoy yourself within your limits and to get help if you ever run into difficulties.

Responsible gaming means keeping to your budget, respecting time limits, and not placing gaming above other areas of your life. When gaming causes stress or financial problems instead of enjoyment, it is important to seek help.

The 789bd platform offers several protective tools that you can manage yourself — from setting deposit limits to taking a full account break. Everything is in your control.

⚠️ Warning: Gaming addiction is a serious problem. If you feel you are losing control, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately or temporarily close your account.

FAQ

Responsible Gaming Frequently Asked Questions

After logging into your account, go to "Settings" > "Responsible Gaming." There you will find options to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit may require a waiting period.

Yes, but not before the set period ends. While self-exclusion is active, you will not be able to log into your account or open a new one. Once the period is over, you can log in again. For permanent self-exclusion, contact our support team.

A time-out is a short-term break — usually from 24 hours up to 30 days. It is for those who want a temporary pause. Self-exclusion is long-term — usually 6 months or more, and can even be permanent. For serious issues, self-exclusion is the more effective option.

Minors are not permitted to register an account or play any games. If age cannot be verified during identity checks, the account will be suspended and any deposited funds will be returned. If we receive information about underage gaming, a guardian may be notified.

789bd does not provide professional counseling directly, but our support team can refer you to the relevant organizations and help you take steps to protect your account. Contact us via 24/7 live chat.
